The first step is to determine how you want to buy. Are you needing a loan or paying cash? Getting pre-qualified is the first step in today’s strong sellers market. Before we go house hunting have your letter ready prepares us for making an immediate offer on that house you have to have! I can introduce and connect you with a loan officer. He/she will qualify you (if you have not done so already). Paying cash means you still need statements of proof to present to the sellers.
I will always submit all offers to you and on your behalf. Provide estimated closing/settlement costs so there are no surprises or fees you do not recognize or understand. Negotiate on your behalf with the seller and agent. I will communicate the status of your transaction throughout the entire process so you always feel in control. This is your home and I want you to always feel comfortable.
I will be at the signing with you and personally hand you the keys when escrow closes.
